  • What does Carded Love sell? 

    Presently, you can only purchase Wedding & Engagement invitation cards with Carded Love. 
     

  • How do I place an order? 

    You need to write to us at hello@cardedlove.com with your selected card for printing along with all order requirements. Once we’ve given you a preview of what your card looks like, make the payment, and we will ship your order ASAP after the printing process is completed. For more details, head over to our How It Works page. 
     

  • Where does Carded Love deliver?

    Carded Love delivers orders to any part of India that our delivery partners can service. 
     

  • Is there any minimum order?

    Yes, at the moment we're accepting orders of minimum 200 cards. If you want to get less made from us, or need a sample, do contact us
     

  • When can I expect my order? 

    Your order will reach your doorstep between 10-15 days from the date of making the payment. 
     

  • Are there any additional costs?

    Charges like GST and any additional tax charged by the govt. if any will be extra.
     

  • How do I get in touch with you? 

    For any queries you can write to us at hello@cardedlove.com as well as hit us opon various social networking sites using the “/cardedlove” or “@cardedlove" handle.
     

  • How do I make a payment? 

    At the moment we only accept payment via Netbanking/NEFT & Instamojo. We’ll be introducing Paytm, PhonePe, PayPal and perhaps a few more methods soon. We DO NOT accept cash on delivery. Head over to our payments page for more. 
     

  • What is the return/exchange policy? 
     
    As we make personalised cards, we cannot accept any returns nor exchange any cards once the cards have been printed.
     

  • What can be done if my order has arrived damaged?

    We use the best national delivery partners available in Bangalore and pack your order ourselves keeping in mind the fragility of invitation cards. We encourage you to inspect the cards as soon as they arrive at your home. In case there's any damage to your cards, write to us at hello@cardedlove.com and we will help you in any way we can. However, Carded Love will not and cannot be held liable to any damage of your order once it has been dispatched from our end. 
      

  • Can I order a sample? 

    You surely can order a sample, and the cost for the same would depend on how many sample cards you require and will take a maximum of 10 days to reach your doorstep. We can always send more pictures of the card, as required, for free of course!
     

  • I’ve placed my order, but just realised there is an error with the text. What can be done now? 

    Before the payment has been made from your end and before we get into the printing process, we send you a ".jpeg" file of your card for your approval. Once approved, the cards get printed, and once they’re printed, no further changes will be possible. The order will be shipped as per the final approval.
